
Refund Policy
Golden Heart Care Company is committed to providing high-quality non-medical home care services. This policy outlines our approach to refunds.
1. Payment and Billing
Payment for services is due as agreed in your service contract.
We accept payments via list accepted methods: credit card, check, stripe or ACH bank draft.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only for prepaid services that are not yet rendered.

Refunds are not available for services already provided.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing to goldenheartcc@outlook.com to the attention of Claims department.

3. Service Cancellations
If you cancel scheduled services with at least 48 hours notice, unused prepaid service hours may be eligible for a refund.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the payment for those hours.

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Modifications
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
